Fresca Salsa Recipe

Okay. I like salsa. I consider it its own food group, and I am quite capable of destroying an entire jar of salsa in one sitting.
This is a copycat recipe for Chuy’s Fresca Salsa. Enjoy.
Ingredients
- 1/3 tsp Garlic powder
- 1.5 tsp salt (more or less)
- 2oz Serrano peppers (about 3 – deseeded to desired heat level)
- 1/2c cilantro
- 1c red onion (about .5 onion)
- 1/3c lime juice (3 limes)
- 1.5lbs Roma tomatoes (cored)
Directions
- Coarsely chop everything
- And blend to desired consistency in blender or food processor.
